Happy fall, Reader!

Gosh, October is 2 days away?! 🍁 I always love this time of year. Nick and I and the girls closed out summer this past weekend with a big horse show for our youngest (she jumps) and some races for our oldest (she does barrels). We sure love our hoofed buddies and are grateful for the confidence and grit these equine sports gift our girls. ⬇️

I've been LOVING my new hobby: photography. 📸 What a perfect way to capture the beauty I see all around me everyday and share these snapshots with you in hopes to bring forth a moment of inspiration and joy. According to Realtor.com, this fall “is shaping up to be the most buyer-friendly market in nearly a decade, with more listings and motivated sellers,” adding “buyers may find a rare sweet spot of opportunity.”
